• Circumvent the platform's payment system or attempt to transact off-platform to avoid fees

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Unichord, including music tracks, audio samples, and portfolio materials. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to host, display, and process it for the purpose of operating the platform.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all content you upload. Unichord is not liable for copyright infringement committed by users. See our Copyright / DMCA Policy for information on filing a takedown notice.

6. Services and Transactions

Sellers on Unichord may offer creative services such as music production, mixing, vocal recording, and beat making. Buyers purchase these services through our platform using Stripe for secure payment processing.

Payment is held securely until an order is completed or auto-accepted. Unichord charges a processing fee on each transaction. Sellers must maintain an active subscription to publish listings.

Disputes between buyers and sellers should be resolved through our support system. Unichord reserves the right to mediate disputes and issue refunds at its discretion.

7. Subscriptions and Fees

Sellers are required to maintain an active subscription to publish and offer services. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Unichord is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unichord shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
